Tools
Quizzes tell you where you stand. These help you do something about it: put an understanding in writing, say the hard thing, and keep a relationship honest as it moves.
Free means free
The tools on this page are run as a non-profit commitment. No paywalls, no premium tiers, no upsells, and by architecture no data collection: everything runs in your browser and nothing you type is uploaded. If a tool helps you live this part of your life more honestly, that's the whole transaction.
The Agreement Builder
Walk through eight steps and leave with a written understanding you both signed: scope, desires in your own words, hard limits, autonomy protections, pace, check-ins, and health guardrails. Three consent protections are permanent in every agreement.
Build your agreement → Solo · privateThe Disclosure Letter Builder
For the conversation you've been carrying. Guided prompts turn your own words into a letter that lands with care: your truth, what you're not asking, what stays true, and one clear ask. You edit every line before it's yours.
Write your letter → For couples · separatelyThe Couples Alignment Quiz
You each answer privately, then compare: desires, limits, pace, and consent, side by side. The natural first step before building an agreement — see where you actually stand before you negotiate it.
Take it together →In the works
Built one at a time, properly. All will be free.
The Fantasy Articulation Journey
A staged private walk through what you want, why it moves you, and what's fantasy versus for-real — ending in a desire profile you could actually share.
The Therapist Prep Pack
Turns your reflections into a clean document to bring to a professional, plus a one-page explainer written for the clinician.
The Reflection Journal
The hundred questions, one at a time, saved privately — and the drift in your answers over months, made visible.
Check-in Cadence
A recurring short temperature-check you each answer separately, with gentle flags when your answers move apart.
Why these exist
Feederism's real difficulties are rarely about the kink itself. They're relational: the secret that's never told, the yes that was never quite asked for, the agreement that lived only in two different memories. Those problems have structure, and structured problems can be helped by tools. Everything here was built from the same research base as our articles and quizzes, with one design rule throughout: the tool organizes, you decide. Nothing here diagnoses, prescribes, or pushes.
Common questions
Are these really free? What's the catch?
Really free, no catch. This part of the site is run as a non-profit commitment: helping people in this niche live more honestly is the site's purpose, not its funnel. There is nothing to upsell you to.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. The tools run entirely in your browser; what you type is never transmitted. Drafts are kept in your own browser's local storage so you can pause and resume, and every tool has a one-click erase. We count anonymous page visits and completions, never content.
Do I need an account?
No. The tools work fully without one. A free account only adds the ability to save quiz results; the tools themselves never require it.
Is any of this professional advice?
No. These are structured communication aids for adults 18+, not legal, medical, or psychological services. For professional support, including kink-aware therapists, see our support resources.
