The public picture of feederism is currently drawn by tabloids and one dating-site report from 2018. Basic questions — how many couples have an actual agreement? how many people have told a single soul? does anyone's doctor know? — have no public answers. This survey builds them: 5–8 minutes, one response per person, published as open aggregate data that the community, clinicians, and honest journalists can all cite. You are the data this niche has been missing.

What we can and can't know
We can't tell which answers are yours.Taking part needs an account, so the two facts are stored apart: your participation becomes an irreversible hash of your email in one table, and your answers go in another with no email, no member id, and no IP — timestamped only to the day, so the tables can't be lined up by time either. The database can say you answered. It cannot say what you answered.
Why an account at all, then?Because a survey with an open box gets one person answering it fifty times, and every number in the write-up becomes a lie. One account, one response. It's the least identifying thing that makes the data worth publishing.
Aggregates only, with a floor.Results publish as counts and percentages. Any cell describing fewer than 10 people is suppressed before anything leaves the database, so no rare combination of answers can single anyone out. Free-text answers are only ever quoted stripped of anything identifying, and never with other answers attached.
Honest about its limits.This is a self-selected sample of people who found this site — not a census — and the write-up says so on every chart. It still beats the current alternative, which is nothing.
